Positive: Great central location (especially for Mandela Hall concerts), clean, safe area, walkable from the train/bus station. Negative: Not a place to put your luggage. A shelf above the sink in the toilette to hold toiletries/makeup would be nice.

Very Bad Experience. Would not Book again Positive: I didn’t stay at the property because the host overbooked so I was moved to other accomodation at 1am on the night of my arrival Negative: The host was extremely disorganised. He was rude on the phone when I called to ask why the room I booked was already occupied by a couple. He had two of his friends come pick me up at 1am to take me to different accomodation. They didn’t provide me with the name or address of the new accomodation prior to getting in the car with two strangers. He didn’t provide me with a car number plate or name to verify the drivers who were collecting me. They didn’t even help me with my multiple bags. Overall it was a very anxiety-inducing and frustrating experience, particularly as a young woman on her own, in a new city, at midnight.
