Positive: Really good choice for a short stay in Belfast. The apartment was spotless and well looked after, exactly like the photos, and everything just worked. Check in was quick and easy with no fuss at all. For me the location was the best part. If you've got things going on at Queen's University it's so handy, easy to get to and well connected to the rest of the city. I was over for a few nights for work and it made a perfect base. Would happily stay here again and can definitely recommend it.

Positive: Très belle chambre. Lit très confortable. Plateau d'accueil avec thé, café et petit gâteaux.Se garer dans la rue a été très aisé. Il y a une cuisine partagée avec les autres chambres. Facile pour aller boire un coup ou manger dehors. Negative: Chambre au dernier étage, petits escaliers. Pas simple avec la valise et quand on a un handicap

Cosy and perfect for my stay Positive: location was perfect. Free on street parking. Shower was hot, water, kettle and towels available. It was cosy, the bed was comfortable. The hairdryer was epic. A quick walk into town and very close to Lisburn Road shopping, the Botanic Gardens and Queens Negative: A guest above me had a visitor until 3 am - it was unpleasant to listen to and too loud to sleep through. The accommodation - there was nothing wrong. It was just this one man. At 6 am or so he decided to smoke in his room and the fire alarm went off. This is not the property's fault. Just bad manners by guest.
