Negative: Bed so uncomfortable

Adequate for the purpose and duration of my visit. Positive: Breakfast wasn't included as part of the booking. Location was good in terms of connections to the bus service. Negative: I didn't watch the TV much but when I did there seemed to be no way to turn off the subtitles option. Some sort of printed user guide would have been helpful. I was expecting private parking to be available, not just on street. Maybe I didn't read the details of the property fully?

Extended my stay it was so good! Positive: Excellent location. Clean room. Super power shower. Very clean house. Excellent staff who helped with an extended stay booking quickly and efficiently. Really comfortable, warm room with tea, coffee, fridge, hairdryer in room. Felt safe with the lock codes and check in etc - very easy. Negative: Some nosy neighbours but it was ok. It's student / professional area.

Cheap property close to Queens University Positive: Very clean shared kitchen. Room was clean although bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guest. Negative: Bed is too small and is not a double.

Highly recommend Positive: The manager he is amazing and we had a great time in the 3 days we spent. The rooms were all good and cleaned up. It's amazing and I highly recommend Negative: Not apolicable
