Was alright. Positive: Location is nice, close to Queen’s University, bus stop (to city centre) and supermarket. In the room there are kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. Outside the room there is a shared kitchen with basically everything for self cooking. Negative: It is quite a small room. I am short so it is fine (157cm). A taller person might find it narrow. There were a few spiders on the ceiling corner, I know they are fine but it was a bit annoying me. Another thing is that you can hear people passing by, coming from the main door, and walking upstairs. Probably with earplugs might be better.

Positive: Good location, clean and comfortable

Nie wieder würde ich diese Unterkunft buchen. Positive: Nur die Lage zur Innenstadt, nahe zum botanischen Garten Negative: Zimmer sehr klein und eng, man konnte den Koffer nur auf dem Bett öffnen. Ansonsten kein Platz. Sehr hellhörig. Jeden Früh um 5.30 Uhr geweckt von Nachbarn , die so früh aufgestanden sind. Das Waschbecken war so klein, dass das Wasser immer über den Rand gelaufen ist.

Good hotel. Disappointing customer service. Positive: The property was very clean and easy to access. Negative: No staff at the hotel lead to issues. Other guests in the hotel spend the whole night arguing and banging. Slamming the front door shut. I got little sleep. I tried to contact the hotel but didn’t hear anything back from them. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything despite booking.com also contacting them.

Positive: Chambre propre et fonctionnelle Negative: Lorsque je suis arrivée devant a l'adresse indiquée par Booking.com, non seulement je n'ai pas reçu dans l'apres-midi de mon arrivée les codes pour rentrer dans l'établissement et celui de la chambre (comme on me l'avait indiqué) mais le plus embêtant c'est que booking.com ne m'a donné une adresse erronée. Sans internet et parlant mal l'anglais j'ai pu trouvé de l'aide grace a une passante qui m' a beaucoup aidé.
