Perfect for 1 night Positive: Some of the reviews scared me a little but honestly this property is a great place to stay. The street can be a little intimidating but once inside the rooms were perfect and the location is good it doesn’t feel unsafe at all and we walked to and from town at night. Negative: It’s a shame about the street with all the wheelie bins, graffiti and weeds but this isn’t the owners fault just a comment.

Cosy room Positive: The place was good. The room was cosy. Good facilities overall. Negative: Parking in the street was night mare,

Adequate for a night Positive: Everything worked with the entry details. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bed - comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee/milk. Negative: I dislike any accommodation without any staff on site. It doesn't allow for anything going wrong or missing. But increasingly this aspect of customer service is missing across a lot of countries as cost-cutting/profit takes over all considerations. The street was safe but from end to end, overflowing litter bins lined the pavement (terraced houses, nowhere to put them). Not the accommodations fault but outside was smelly in places. There was no surface to put anything down in the single room or a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries which meant using the bed. Also nowhere to hang anything in the bedroom or bathroom - no hooks or coat hangers. I was ok for one night and the accommodation met my needs but it wouldn't have been good for a longer period. The lower tray below the tea and coffee tary was very dusty. It sounds like a long moan but it was adequate for a night, the main issue being surface absences and hanging.

Positive: It's great for the price , very clean with an ensuite! I had the single room downstairs and friends had the double upstairs! Location was great near queen's and the botanic gardens etc ! Negative: The shower head in my room wouldn't stay up so have to hold it, and the walls are a bit thin so I could hear snoring! However overall a pleasant stay for the price! Thanks for having us !

Great location, facilities, and wonderful staff Positive: Everyone who works with the property is amazing - housekeeping and management. It was thoroughly cleaned every day, and the kitchen facilities were all I needed to prepare food. The location was also fabulous.
