They did their best, I guess... Positive: Very clean and hosts did their best to decorate the space that was available. Negative: I cannot begin to describe how noisy the room was. Being in room 2, we could hear steps from people upstairs, noise from the street, from when people were coming in, from the kitchen, through the night. Unfortunately it is an old house with thin walls and wood floots, so they can't do anything about it but it's very clean and felt safe. Also, extra tiny bathroom sink.

It was a nice experience staying at Ocho Homes for its comfort, facilities, and great location. Positive: The location is excellent since it's very close to the bus stop to the city center and to a number of shops and restaurants. The room facilities are great: clean bed, tiny but tidy private bathroom, the kitchen has almost everything needed to prepare food. Negative: I was a little surprised by the noise in the last night of my stay. I guessed some people just had so much fun outside and came home noisy going upstairs. Their footsteps were also quite loud too. It was a bit disturbing.

Functional, if you spend most of day out Positive: Photos looked good ahead of booking. It was clean and in a good location Negative: Rooms were small; bathroom was tiny (but decent shower). Damp smell with some mildew on skirting. There was regular smell of nicotine smoke so I assume people in other rooms were smoking; and noise carried through from the other occupants- TV was blaring next door at 6am; and it sounded like an elephant was rampaging in the room above at night meaning I got little sleep. As I was on ground floor facing the street I had to keep curtains closed at all times, or I would be quite exposed
